Welcome to the first newsletter from the UQ Centre for Community Health and Wellbeing.
We are a dynamic research team based in the Springfield Tower, with projects across Greater Springfield. Our mission is to support the Springfield community to live and age well by acting upon community priorities. By engaging deeply with community, we want to help Springfield become the exemplar for health and wellbeing in Australia.
Our team is led by Professor Lauren Ball and comprises research fellows, research assistants, PhD candidates and other support staff.
More information about the CCHW can be found on our website or our X (formerly known as Twitter) account.
